23 Peel Street, Adelaide

A wonderfully restored, beautiful character building

Peel Chambers is a mixed use, heritage project, initiated by Buchan Lee and marketed successfully as “whole of floor shells” with the flexibility to be fitted out as either top quality residential apartments or commercial office spaces.

The high ceilings, great natural light and huge floor plates underpin a building with an abundance of history and character. Internal building services were upgraded to modern standards and the façade was repainted and restored.

The upcoming vibrant west-end city precinct, plus the ability to tailor each space to individual styles, contributed to the success of this development. All of the upper floors sold to owner-occupiers with 3 floors fitted out as large apartments, and the other 2 levels converted to office space. The ground floor restaurant is an integral part of the thriving Peel Street small bar scene.
